In July 2007 another car crash on Twyford Avenue by Twyford Crescent - car landed on side on the pavement.
The council informed us that there was not a problem with the traffic; in 2006 a CARA member hired a speed camera and recorded one car doing 70 MPH and a fully laden truck doing over 50 MPH.
In May 2006 the council agreed to implement a plan to slow the traffic down, part of the work has been completed, we are waiting for the remainder to be completed

In 2006 Ealing Council installed a width restrictor to prevent vans and trucks using Noel Road and Twyford Avenue as a short cut from Park Royal.
However there is little point in such an investment if the gate is left open.
July 2007 - width restrictor often closed.
